We were showing condominiums in downtown Evanston today. Afterwards we walked over to the Evanston Art Fair.
It was located on Sherman Ave. from Davis Street to Clark Street.
It's an annual event, and there are well over 100 booths. It showcases artists from Illinois as well as other states. We saw artists showcasing their works that included: paintings, glasswork, wood working, sculptures, jewelry and photography.
It was a nice festival, and you could talk to the artist about their work and inspirations that helped them create their unique artwork.
There was some live music being played as well.
If you’re in downtown Evanston, you have to go check out some of the unique specialty shops. Which we did!
