We were at our office in Bucktown today and saw the demolition crew tearing down a 2 flat building. The 2 flat was built around 1887 ( yes, that is a 135 year old building).
In talking with the crew they were working there for 4 days.
The lot size is 24x125. A narrow lot, but you can build on it.
The current owner paid $675,000 for the lot.
