About a year and half ago we reported that a 4 story garage was being torn down to make way for a new construction building.
Today that building is nearly completed. They are just completing some last details of the building.
It will be a 21 story mixed use building. It will have 248 residential apartments. The ground floor will be used for retail space, and another two full floors will be used for office space.
The construction company did a nice job and it looks very nice.
