Over the weekend we drove up to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
We stopped at the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Museum Campus.
H-D or Harley is an American motorcycle manufacturer headquartered in Milwaukee.
It was founded in 1903, by William Harley and Arthur Davidson.
The museum campus is amazing. It's on a 20 acre site right on the banks of The Menomonee River. There is a large collection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and memorabilia on two floors of exhibits. There is a gift store, an accessory shop, and lots of activities. We had lunch at the Motor Bar & Restaurant. It was a cool designed restaurant and had outdoor seating by the river. They also have large halls for events and parties. We saw a biker wedding which was interesting. The groom drove up on his motorcycle. After visiting the museum we discovered a culture and history about Harley-Davidson that we did not know before. It is a very cool place to visit.
